You are quiet right to enquire as there are some deseases endemic to some parts of Turkey for which medication should be used but not in the south west where you are going there is no malaria there. |

No. you do not need to take any malaria pills.
I am from Turkey and went to Cambodia few months ago by then I had used them but in Turkey ,no there's no need for that.I have been living in Turkey for all my life and never heard of anyone who had malaria.Use mosquito repellents however, it is frustrating when you get beaten but as I said you don't have to worry about any mosquito related diseases in Turkey. |

You do not need to take any tablets or ahve any injections when you come to Turkey.
Just dont drink the tap water, but drink plenty of bottled water as very hot at the moment. |
