Go to any major bank in your town with a foreign exchange counter. You could go to American Express locations. Go to the airport and visit their foreign exchange window.

paperchick2000
Eveyone pretty much answered it. Foreign exchange counter at an airport is going to be the most expensive. Btw, it's more expensive to exchange here than it is over there. Also you you can use your ATM card almost anywhere in Europe.

Remeber if you coming to the UK you need Pound Sterling not Euros

Peace

katerina
of course, go to malls or banks. there are foreign exchange counters. it is impossible that there will be no forex in one area, especially in the very crowded/busy areas.

don't you ever think of that answer before posting the question?

Lenas77
2 places

1. bank
2. airport

I know the tourism places in my city have euros one can buy. You could even try an international bank in your city. I'm pretty sure actually, any bank. As long as you tell them in advance they should be able to accomodate you.

I'm right now in the USA too. If you have one of these cards (if it says maestro on your card, you're fine), just go the a bank or an ATM and get money.

Don't use the credit card to get Euros. Bad idea, because it's expensive.

Any Bank who does Foreign Exchange. You may find it easier (more quick and less cost)to use the FE Department of your personal bank.
