Ice Bar really good fun
Amsterdam dungeon never been so scared
nice food places
red light district - very amusing
boat trip
shops are ok
there's a sex museum (not great though )

have fun cb

Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Scheveningen.

You could always leave Amsterdam and see other parts of the country too. Groningen is nice, has everything Amsterdam has, and is probably a lot cheaper.

Take the touristy canal tour, it's nice to see the whole city and maybe spot some places you'd like to return to
Boom Chicago performs improv in English
Walk along the canals
Go to restaurants far away from the tourist areas

Wear warm clothes!

Tea C
If you are planning to visit the coffee shops then you are probably not interested in hearing about the beautiful city.

Andrew C
check out the bars/cafes alongside the canal in the centre

zrxbloke

The Heineken Brewery. There used to be plenty of "window shopping" there too. Don't know if they've cracked down.

Matt
I live in the Netherlands. It is pretty boring. Try Ann Frank's house. Canal cruise. It's more of a sightseeing place anyway. There is a theme park nearby.
Red light district?

always right
