I am a 52 year old women with a 44c bust. Could i get away with topless sunbathing in gran canaria?

I've seen men and women showering on the beach naked,and i mean not a stitch on...no one seems to give a monkeys abroad,it seems to be accepted as the norm,I'm no prude but appreciate a good eye full of a woman's assets,otherwise i wouldn't be human,so go for it,just make sure you use a good sun protection lotion....i suppose if push came to shove i could fly out,and apply it for you?

go to the beach and have a look around you will see all sizes and shapes go for it lol

No you're not. If you fee comfortable enough to do it then go for it. There's always far worse wandering around who couldn't care less.

Think of it this way, nobody knows you so what does it matter.

Check out other people, do they look any worse than you, is anyone taking any notice of them, do you care what strangers(who you will probably never see again) think?

It's y o u r Holiday. If you can't relax then, when else? Don't care about those who haven't enough courage to do so! Enjoy yourself- most of the others will do, too.
[And don't listen to "old know it all"! I am german and we have lots of beaches where one takes sunbathes, at any age and bust-size - and not only topless ...;-)]

Yup, no problem. Spend a few minutes on the sunbeds and look around you. You may even notice that some of the men have bigger busts than you.

I've seen all sorts of shapes, sizes and colours of people on the beaches in and around Playa Iglese.
Most hotel swimming pools also display lots of bigger breasted (and bottomed), middle aged women in states of nudity up to thongs.

Do it if you are comfortable about it .size and age do not matter. Make sure that you use a good sunscreen and don't burn up. Have a great time.

Honestly nobody will care , i don't mean that horrible but allot of people go topless and were not all size 8 , and no your not to old my mother in law is 63 and she still goes topless and she is a sight for sore eyes but nobody takes any notice , enjoy your holiday ( might bump into you I'm going to gran canaria in 3 weeks as well)

Of course you can! At Maspalomas you can go bottomless as well! You will not be alone in doing so at your age. Some of the younger generation have the mentality that only the young and beautiful should strip off, but they will think differently when they reach maturity.

Nobody cares on the beach - at least 50% is topless! The swimmingpool of your hotel depends on the hotel itself. if it is a 5 star hotel, I wouldn't recommend it, though the staff never would be inpolite. If it is 3 or less stars, check out the other guests. Best advice: only do it when YOU feel comfortable doing so! (and some more advice: do put sunlotion on your bust!!! sunburn is awful there!)

Why not go for it girl and who really gives a toss what other people think you are only here once and have a great time also you will see some odd shapes and sizes men included in this department.

It strikes me as sad that in our plastic, looks are everything, centre of attention world a grown-up needs to worry about the thoughts of others. If it's not illegal, immoral or fattening just do what you feel. Why worry what other people are shallow enough to think.

Life isn't a dress rehearsal - what you don't do now you might never get to do again. Do what you feel.
