www.ryanair.com ryanair do cheap flights to and from poland. i got a flight from London stansted to wroclaw for £54 return.
You could get a single flight to london for about £35. give it a try

Depending on where in Poland you intend to fly from, you could try EasyJet - http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/index.asp...
they fly from Warsaw and Krakow to London (Luton, west of London).
If flying from Krakow or Wroclaw, you can use RyanAir - http://www.ryanair.com/site/en/... - they fly to London (Standsted).

Check first. Lately British Airways offered me the cheapest flight! And did not have to go to the distant airports Luton/Stansted paying the buses on top of airlines tickets.
