Central London will be in chaos - well even more than usual! - on the Saturday as well because of the pre-event on the Saturday. North and East Kent will be in chaos all day on the Sunday. If you want to know more go to www.kent.gov.uk which is the official Kent website and enter Tour de France and you will find all the grisly details!
