You will find Halal food where ever you go in Turkey. The majority of Turks are Muslim and our meats are slaughtered according to Islam requirements.
You can go to Uludag, Bolu or Erciyes mountains for winter sports or to Istanbul for archiological,sight seeing purposes . I bet you will have a great time there. |

Two months ago I was in an Italian restaurant when a muslim man came in. He wanted to order a dish and asked if it's halal and pork-free, to which the waiter assured that it would be. Then the muslim man asked for a glass of red wine....
They told me consuming alcohol is a greater sin than eating pork. I'm not sure about pre-marital and extra-marital sex though. But for someone so concerned about being halal, I think you should not go to clubs, go have some narghile with tea instead. |

Marmaris is a great place to go i was there last summer and we like it that much were going again this summer.
The Turkish people are very nice and helpful there are plenty of bars,restaurants and place to go and see.
A nice place to eat at is Faros beach club restaurant it's opens at 9am till 3am and the food is nice and if you go a few time they remember what you drink, the staff are very polite and helpful and entertaining till 1am after that it's club night. |
