Scoot

You should come to Aberdeen. It's the 3rd biggest city in Scotland but it has the most to do.

The sights are beautiful, the food is superb, the nightlife is spectacular and the people are all down to earth.

The food is mostly good, epecially seafood and Angus Beef -- but the breakfasts are kind of disgusting. The people are for the most part friendly and interesting. The Whiskey is excellent.

Edinburgh and Glasgow are very good to visit, Edinburgh more beautiful but Glasgow is more youthful and lively.

The highlands have some of the best scenery anywhere.

If you are american it is very difficult to be authorized to work in the UK or anywhere in the ECC.

I live in the US and I went to Scotland on vacation a couple years ago and I loved it. It's a beautiful place, and as far as I can remember, the people are nice. I'm not too sure about activies, I just went sightseeing and drove around a lot. You should give it a try.
