Turkey is not an extremist or primitive country...I think asking this question is stupid since 5 million of Turks live in the heart of Europe, in Germany... |

Do you think all Turkey is fundamentalist? It is definitely not! There are Orthodoxes, jews, deist, atheists, buddhists etc. Are you so insecure about your religious beliefs that you are so scared about getting converted? Do not worry, if you are true believer, no one can convert you! |

No, definitely not.
Turkey is a secular state.Secularity is one of the most significant principles the Turkish people abide by.
As Ataturk, the founder of Turkey once said, "Peace at home, peace in the world." |

You couldn't think of an intelligent question could you? |

Turkish Military would not allow that.
They say Turkey is a secular state and should remain so - or else... |

Turkey is a secular modernized DEMOCRATIC country NOT a fundamentalist islamic country "although" the majority of the population are muslim.Religion is not built around democratic laws.So your question doesn't make sense. |

No, I think the Islamist hardliners that have migrated to EU from other Muslim countries will do that. Great Britain didn't bring sharia to the law system by Turks' demand. |

No why would they? By the way, I think Turkey would be a great asset for the EU |

Stop being a coward and go on living your everyday life.. EU will not accept Turkey anyway. |

Turkey is the most moderate, secular Muslim country in the Muslim world. Believe me, they are the LEAST Muslims that will come to you and tell you about their religion, let alone trying to convert you. That is not none of their business. |

no, i guess it would be the other way round, currently in turkey, we have the hijab ban, meaning wearing the hijab in certain places is not allowed, if turkey was to join the EU this most probably would be opposed.
turkey is a secular country, we like our freedom, yes we may believe in islam, but that doesn't mean we plan to take control of the world.
we aren't like other muslim countries, we oppose such thing. |

No i think Christians missionaries will try to come and expand their religion in Turkey...a lot of munafık would convert i am sure.. but they can take them..as Cuba opened the door for those parias who went to america, afther cuban revolution, the munafık can convert to Christianism and act with the same hipocresy as they have acted while profesing Islam and also can distort Christian religion as they have done with Islam..Turkish people do not need that munafık in Turkey any more. Europeans should deal with them. |
