I went at the end of April last yeat and it was gorgeous! We hit the 30s most days and had one or two overcast days. On the whole, it was very nice, perfect for lazing on the beach.

the weather should be nice. Last year it was around the 25C level in Central Portugal near Tomar. Temperatures generally tend to really warm up late May early June. April is usually pleasant, sunny and a good time to dig out shorts and t-shirts. |

Last year at the end of April (in the Algarve) there were maximum temperatures of 31C and minimum of 17-18C. On one of the days I think it rained…Not uncommon in April… |

Warm I hope,somewhere in the 20's would be nice, well thats if your planning on seeing much of the weather you might be kept occupied. |

well usually in terms of temperature you can expect high teens or low 20's, but..usually April meens rain! but since you're coming in the end of the month you should get little or no rain :) the low temperatures should not be bellow 10.!

Were In Portugal in April its warm, but in one place of Portugal(madeira) its super warm. So dont bring to much warm clothes. ;) |

Portugal is beautiful all year round. It only rains heavily during the winter months. After that it rarely rains. April is a beautiful time to go, the weather is great plus its not overcrowded at all. |

I'm glad everybody's so optimistic! Well, it may depend on where you're going: North or South? Anyway, you can't really tell cause it's so variable... You may get sunny weather or you may get a lot of rain. And you may be able to wear light clothings or not. Really, that's the truth. Just come and enjoy your stay anyway. |
