I would head for Barcelona then follow the coast all the way along the French Riviera and Monaco into Italy, then from Gerona head through Switzerland to Basel then follow the River Rhine right through Germany till you get to Bonn Then head up to Berlin!
You can then head home via Amsterdam (oi oi)

What a fantastic holiday although my dream would be to do it across australia LOL. If I was planning that type of trip O would try to be flexible with the itenary although I am sure where ever you decided to go you will have a great time
Back in the late 70s I did a 11 country cossing which included italy, belgiam, luxumburg, germany, switzeland and many more. it was fantastic and i did it all in under 3 weeks.
have a great time and rememeber to up your car recovery to cover you abroad peace of mind |

you should try Galicia, north west Spain, you could cross the chanel and drive through France to Spain, cross north Spain to Galicia and after travel south to Portugal which is an hours drive away. take a look at http://www.galiciahouse.com |
