PARIS???????? ha you must be kidding, paris is in my opinion one of the nastiest citys in europe.
Have you not been to Venice? Venice is so amazing that you could never even think of paris as being nice. Rome? with the anceint architechture, and the vast amount of statues, it is very impressive.
Prage? while in its midsts you find your self short of breath.
Atens? its impossable to not feel a tiny while looking at the home of the gods.

i would have to say the Greek Islands, even though they are not 1 specific city, but Barcelona, Spain is beautiful as well:)

Paris is the most impressive city i`ve seen yet, I won`t go back to Europe without visiting her again, I found her like the women there, a coquette and ready to go out on a fancy dinner lady.

In my trip i visited Paris, Berlin (hours), Praha, Wien, Roma, Nice, Barcelona and Madrid... I am certainly open to any other city to challenge Paris, but let me tell you what i felt about the others.

Berlin is grey, when i get back i hope to erase that impression, it was winter and i was not in a good mood.

Praha eclipses Paris in a lot of ways, but is like comparing to women, while paris has the beauty developed, in Praha brauty unfolds naturally, its cozy, mystical and overwhelming.

Wien is the neatness in person, both the city and its inhabitants, culture can be sniffed around, it enters in your pores.

Rome is very Italian: White, happy, Christian and traditional, it has the oppossites very noticable, especially for a pagan like me... visiting the Vatican and then the Forums, and it has glimpses of new generations transforming it from within.

Nice is beyond its name, if i have the money i would like to retire in a place like that (they tell me the Greek islands are also to know, den einai?).

Barcelona has the proudness of its people written in her walls, catalan people reflect in their city the strenght and courage they are so famous for. Architecture is wonderful, i still cant beleive GaudÃ.

and finally Madrid, which i didnt like as a city, is too similar to my home Montevideo, Uruguay. only bigger.

To end, every city has its own, you can have a favourite, I have... but, what if we could ask "What would you take of each city to make and ideal one for you? describe it."
