Well neither or both :) - The western 1/3 of Russia - West of the Ural mountains is considered to be European - the western part is Asia

Both.. I've heard it called Eurasia due to that fact with Russia and the Former USSR countries

both,urals are concidered to be the boundary between asia and europe. So anything east of urals is asia, but in most sports events it compete as a europian nation

IT is in both continents but the life style generally akin to European one.

Russia is both + something more. The western extremety is European, say the region around St Petersburg; East of Urals is Asian. The reminder is Eurasian.

Western part of Russia(to Ural) is in Europe. Eastern part is in Asia. About 3/4 russian people live in european Russia. Square of european part is about 1/3 of territory of Russia.

But because Moscow is on the European side of the EuroAsia they consider them sleves european, others say both, others say asian!

Russia is one of two countries in the world that is on both continents (the other is Turkey). The bigger part of Russia is in Asia but more people live in the European part.
