Hardly likely. Neo-Nazi groups have been on the political fringes of most European countries for years, just as they have in the US.
If anything, it shows that Russia is more open to political freedom now, since not so many years ago, anybody in Russia that advocated Nazi politics would have simply disappeared, either being sent to a Gulag in Siberia, or shot. |
