'prz' is not silent.
You pronounce the names like 'pshemek' and 'pszemyswaff' (original spelling 'Przemysław').
'rz' is pronounced 'zh' like second 'g' in 'garage' or 's' in 'leisure' or 'z' in 'seizure'. After voiceless 'p' it becomes 'sh', thus 'psh'. |

ok to recap.. pshemeck with hard e like in pen. pshemyswav hard e, my is not like "my hand" , polish y is pronounced like i in video. hope that helps. |

You have the polish version of pronouncing it then the u.s. one.
I'm guessing you wouldn't say the 'r'. |
