Is it true that alot of Polish people living in Poland have light hair and light eyes, or is that just a?

Well, not so true. There are many dark-haired and dark-eyed as well as light-haired and light-eyed. I wouldn't say light-eyed blondes are the majority. For egzample, I'm a Pole with swedish decent so, if you follow the "stereotype", I should be blue-eyed blonde and I'm actually blue-eyed and dark-haired. So, answering your question - polish society's look is more mixed.

Actually it is true that alot of people have light hair and blue grey or green eyes but there is also alot people with black or brown hair and brown eyes. But I m almost sure there is not as many people with fair complexion as in Sweden or Germany. Polish people are definitely mixed more :-)

thats accually true its not a stereotype or rumor. im half polish and half american and i have family in poland that r kinda tall and blond. some also have light blue eyes. if youve ever seen the show rock of love, theres a girl on their, magdalene, shes pretty tall and blond and she has a deep voice. however, im not tall and blond and i have hazel eyes.

It depends, polish decend from the slavic, witch had light hair and eyes, but not all polish comefrom there. There are dark haired poles, more likely decending from gypsies

Well, it's sorta a stereotype. There really are a lot of light haired Poles with green or blue eyes. Redheads, for example, are not very common. But it's not like everyone is like that. But yes, it is a bit true.

Not really. There is just as many dark haired and dark eyed poles as there is light hair and eyes.

No it's true. Poland is Slavic so alot of the people do have light hair and eyes. I'm Russian/Ukrainian and I have light hair and eyes.

It's true that there are lots of people with blonde hair, although not as bright as those of people from Nordic countries or even Germany or Holland. In Poland people tend to have hair which are rather 'golden' as opposed to white blonde.
