Siberia is a geographical region in Northern Asia. Most of Siberia belongs to the Russian Federation. However, Siberia is not a "state" in your understanding of the word ( there is no "Siberian Republic" or "Siberian Oblast"), since it is broken up into smaller administrative regions - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siberia#Administrative_divisions .
If you don't know that Russia is a country, I strongly suggest that you go to the nearest bookstore and buy an atlas (and maybe a history book to go along with it). I hope you're not planning on running for president - one George Bush is enough.

Siberia is the part of Russia on the continent of Asia. Part of Russia is in Asia, the other part in Europe.

No it's not a state, city, or country. It is PART of Russia.
It's considered Asia, northern Asia. The Ural Mountains separates eastern Russia from western. Siberia is near the Pacific Ocean. It borders China, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan.

Siberia is a region of Russia, my cousin is living there. And it's very far from Moscow, so it's just like an another world...(I live not far from Moscow) My cousin has told me about clear air,great forests and interesting life in big cities.Besides she told me funny stories which were happened with her father(he's a hunter) When she comes to me she has always brings different sorts of deli fish..mmmm...it's pretty tasty =)
