Irmak

It's snowing outside =)?

The view is beautiful..Did you used to wake up with a big excitement on school day in the morning, look outside to see if there is a lot of snow or not, then switch on the tv and look for holiday news when you're at school? =)

Yeah, and my dad let me stay home sometimes. It was nice. We didn't have a t.v. growing up, so we watched the snow fall. Now my kids get to stay home everyday, they are home schooled, and they play in it as much as they want.

hello from the borders of scotland, UK. yes we too have snow a lot actually. so much that roads have been closed and the kids outside are in heaven building snowmen. we have had another severe weather warning, 1 hours ago, so there;s more on the way tonight, hooray !!!

*Lisa*
wow, snow in turkey!
I live in Austria and it doesn't snow... :-(
Lucky you, if it snows in Austria, we don't have holidays!

Jordan Alexis
im jealous.

Here we go,it starts again..

When i was in high school,i'd rather look at the sky at night. If it was reddish/orange color, than that means the next day would most probably be a holiday:)

Hurricane
of course yes;) it snowed finally after 2 years in istanbul. But that's not enough,it should snow more than a lot :)
when i was at highschool it used to snow more and we were looking forward to hear the news that says"Today all the schools are closed due to the heavy snow" :-D i think i love snow..

Ipek K
Wow. I wish I were there. My sister sent some pictures of Bursa which looks amazing under snow.

We had the first heavy rain of the season here, in Kuwait. It is nice to watch it :)

If you go out, make sure you wear thick socks and non slippery boots :)

Have a good time. Make a snow man for me :)

Qu'est ce que tu pense?

Yes, all the time :) Especially living in the North of the US, we used to get a lot of snow. Lately though, it hasn't snowed, so I'm anxious to see when it eventually will! :)))))

val f1 nutter
the probability of us having snow in the South West of England is zero at the moment. there is loads in Northern Ireland, but that's a bit far for me to go to build a snowman. can you build one for me? I did used to get excited when it snowed. we used to have lots of it but i think the global warming situation has put a stop to that now. I would love to take my grandchildren out in the snow - I'm sooooo jealous lol

yes that did happened to me a lot as I grow up in cold cities like Afyonkarahisar and Ankara...you just wake up to a beautiful white shiny cover of the nature and it warms you actually..

Now I miss it so much as it does not snow where I am (in İzmir) it just rains sometimes :(
