We went to Las Vegas in February this year and it was brilliant. Gorgeous weather - hot, but not too hot that you couldn't walk around. Got lovely tans (well, he did - I'm pale & v. interesting - lol!)...
Otherwise, the Canary Islands will be warm in February. The med can be hit & miss temperature wise at this time of year.
I had friends who went to Cape Town in February and had an amazing time!
