Well, here's three things I'm tired of hearing people say to me:
1) Why don't you get papers? (gee, I hadn't thought of that...)
2a) You're too skinny (oh really? I hadn't realized...)
2b) You need to eat more (you buying?)

Okay, now three things I'm tired of hearing about:
1) "Economic crisis"
2) [Insert imminent global catastrophe here (e.g., swine flu, global warming, etc.)]
3) Anything relating to American politics.

You know, the whole "smoking is harmful" thing is so ridiculous I don't even pay attention to it. From what I've understood from all the studies done throughout the years, apparently every member of the human race will develop cancer from every single thing that exists in the world.

I also agree with just about all the items mentioned in the other answers.
