I'm going to miss a best answer here, but I had to made a footnote to Scarface's entry as he missed a country. Latvia is also on the Euro now.

I'm also going to let Desert Rose off the hook. Although not the official currency, many neighboring countries such as Turkey and the former territories of Yugoslavia are more than happy to accept Euro and sometimes prefer it over their own currency. This even applies in Northern African countries such as Morocco and Tunisia.

The Belgium currency is the Euro which is also used in most of the Western European countries except England.

(For your notice: there are some of the European Union countries that still have their own currency, as Denmark, Sweden, England and are not planning to change to euro.Some of the new members as Estonia will change to euro beginning of 2008.)
