depends on where you live....

I live in Holland, so if I could choose then it I would choose NY (I haven't been there) and I think this is once in a life-time shot.
London, I have been there a few times, it is nice but Paris has a more....feel to it. Paris is <3 (the tower and the bridges) + it is great for your french.

Go where you think you couldn't go to when you are working and stuff

Most definitely London. Don't be put off - its actually not that expensive and most of the cultural things are free. You already speak the language and should get a good return for your money.
Most important - student exchange is one of the cheapest best value you'll see a cultural european capital - ever!
Make the most of it now (college/accom/exchange support) now while you still have these opportunities

Paris... maybe that's because I'm from NY and many people here are high maintenance and not really nice. Not all but most, no offense. If I were you i would first study the cultural and habitat in each country that will interest you. But its up to you

In my personal opinion. I would choose Paris if you are going with a couple if not London. I would like to see how another culture works and look at how they go at school etc,. I wouldn't really choose New York as NO offence to any American out there but I think George Bush or some Top Secret Orginization in America planned 9/11. I don't think it would be a safe place to be at this time in life. Like I said NO offence to any American!
