My girlfriend introduced me to a place like this last year, and I was totally taken aback due to my British up-bringing. It's not true that "these Europeans have no religion", I live in a strongly catholic region of Germany. They do it because it's a great way to be healthy and lazy at the same time (in my opinion).

But of course, us guys have in-built systems which 'activate' when we're surrounded by fully naked Austrian stunners... so really, the only way to get around it is conditioning...

My first visit was with my girlfriend - I had the constant fear that if I got a bit too excited at what I was seeing, I'd be likely to get something chopped off!

My second visit was with my Dad!! Yeah, there's no stronger deterent against an unwanted reaction (well I can think of one, but no, I'm never going to a naked spa with my mother!).

The more you go, the more normal is becomes.

And of course... it helps that where I live, most of the naked spa residents are most certainly NOT toned, Austrian stunners! (see overweight, middle-aged, German horrors)

I find the best way is to use self control. I also view the other naked people as individuals and not just bodies to lust after.

I have no idea, I can honestly say I have not been to a nude beach, spa or anything like that. I really enjoy being nude in my house, where I can control it fine but I think that if i were to go out to a place where there are other naked people I would get a *****. Yes, it would be because there are other naked women around, but also because it is exciting to be like that to me, and with the excitment would come the *****.....
After a couple times I am sure it would be a lot easier to control it, so just have fun and it will not happen as much or ever.

Because at the vast majority of nude beaches and resorts, the people you see are like people anywhere.

If one of these women had brought in her children, would you have still gotten an erection? I doubt it.

If you're thinking sex, you'll get a response. At the beaches and resorts, that's very uncool, and your body will calm down accordingly.

Beaches and resorts are family places, and I think you would know what would happen to you if you had an erection around mom and the kids. You'd get arrested, or dad would beat the hell out of you. That knowledge will do wonders for keeping things slack.
