Mmmmm. It's hard to choose. Like above said, aside from Efes beer (hic!), I like the existance of yogurt in Turkish cuisine. You see, you can find vegetables and meat in any cuisine, but not yogurt dishes. How about yogurt soup, Iskender Kebap, yogurty salads and yogurt tatlisi?

Tava mmmm loverleee. I like it with rice and salad and nice warm pitta breads. My mother-in-law makes it for me at least 4 times when we visit her for a fortnight. they think it's funny how much I love it, I tell you, I could eat it until it came out of my ears lol.
