To be very specific, Europe in February nowhere,Malta possibly but mid 60's more likely.

Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands is your best bet for hot weather and excellent beaches. If you are real beach bum the sand dunes at corralejo are excellent and if you are partial to surfing this is one of the best places in the world.

Puerto rico in gran canaria is nice its warm now (my daughter ) lives there so I can speak with confidence, the nicest beach there is Amadores 5 mins from PR, safe to swim etc worth a look at

Nowhere in Europe.

Try Dubai.

Cyprus is nice and warm about 18 C.I suggest Paphos this time of the year or LImassol

I would suggest Lanzarote in Canary Islands. BBC weather website is showing 22 centigrade today 30th January. Great beaches, loads of bars.

Mr Fixer
The Canary Islands is ur most likely place to resemble a warm temp.

To be specific....the only place in Europe that is hot/warm in February will be the Canary Islands. You can take a 3 1/2 hour flight from Madrid or Barcelona Spain for about 150 dollars. You can actually fly there from any country in Europe depending on where you get your best deal. I lived in Canary Islands. It is part of Spain. The 2 major islands will be Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Tenerife is a 14,000 plus foot mountain overlooking the Atlantic. On Gran Canaria there is the most tourism and also the most expensive but will the warmest of the islands. The south coast has many sand dunes and canyons. Maspalomas is the small city in the south. I would reccommend Tenerife more depending on convenience. You can fly there or take a ferry. Good luck.
