It's something like "Take your EU and shove it up your...."
Not as vulgar as in the English version, but the ultimate meaning is the same. One says "shove it up your ..." one says "break it on your head"
All in all, this utterance implies that the person who says this is fed up with EU. (can't be blamed for that) |

This is an expression. there is no literary translation. If i tell you what does "It is raining cats and dogs" mean:)))
But if you want to know what does the person mean by saying by that. That means "i am fed up with this EU conversation, it is better you take it and don't mention about it anymore" |

Someone is mad at you about an object and tells you to break it on your head. It's an expression, of course, and tells that the person is tired of your behaviour related to that object.
In context with EU, the person is tired of EU. |

so you've changed account.you are the stupid who thinks United Nations doesnt take us in :)))) they corrected you that would be EU not UN and i think it was Enver Paşa that said ''al eu'nu başına çal'' it means ''take your eu(european union) and throw it to your head'' it means we are not dying for it. |

Sorry, but that's not a Turkish phrase at all. Maybe it's Azerbaijan, I hear their language is similar to Turkish. |
