Have to laugh at the "Netherlands" from Mr "I hate the Netherlands"!

Anyway, to be honest racism is not a culture, it is a trait learnt and acquired by individuals- so to generalise an entire country and trait all citizens with the same trait is really a mindless action.

The fact is that there are racists in every single society and country. Racism exists in nationality, religion, culture etc, and therefore it is so much more complex than being able to give "top ten", and also highly subjective.

Racism is subject to ignorance- and so is generalisation.

Among these 5 countries, I lived in 2 for a long time and visited the other 3. I still live in France now. France is not racist like most people said here. They usually visited Paris and stereotype all French because they didn't like Parisian. You have to travel everywhere in the country to make a fair judgement. I had lived in Yorkshire, Portsmouth, London, Southend, Suffolk, Burton-on-Trent in Britain. I had lived in Les Alpes, Marseille, Paris, Lyon and now live in South of France. As for Germany , Spain and Italy I visited quite a few cities from each of the countries. The conclusion is :
Spain is the most racist country, followed by U.K , Germany,France, Italy.
These are my opinion and from personal experience only. Other people may have a different idea.

Someone here mentioned France is racist because they stopped Muslim girls wearing veils to go to school or work. I think you don't know much about French law and the principle of it. The reason to ban girls wearing veils to school or work is not based on racism. It said school is a place to learn, not to emphasize on your religion. The same as Christian, you don't wear cross to school or for Buddhist that you don't carry a Buddhist praying bead to school. It's for all religions not just Islam.
