France 10 (my fatherland of course-it cannot be something else than perfect lol)
Portugal 8 -been there when I was young, I liked it
I liked Germany but it was so cold !! But the people were friendly.
I have never visited Poland, Romania and Lithuania so I won't rate...

Portugal would be my top, then France, then Germany.

I can't rate the others because I've never been to them.

I really liked Germany from all of them due to the fascinating culture and Romania is very cold but they have really nice people!! in France many people where annoyed by my american english and they usually made funny faces when i used ask things, but i ranked it #2 because they had the most Beautiful view of a sunrises in the country :)

Poland -My family came from Poland
Lithuania -Once adopted as part of Poland's clan system (Polish-Lithuanian Empire)
Portugal -Sounds like a nice place
Romania -Not heard much about it
France -Nobody likes France!
