It depends on a person.
If a person lives a healthy lifestyle, he/she looks younger.

Typically, Asian and Nordic people look younger than the Southerners, especially women.

Look on Britney: she's only 25, but her butt is full of cellulite. She drinks too much, smokes a lot, so she looks at 35-40.

Russians eat healthier than Americans. They walk a lot and are more physically active than Americans. They don't use cars as much. They'd rather walk.

That's funny.I've grown up there ,but now i live in Asia.Asian people always been telling me totally opposite things, because Asian people look much younger than their real age when they are young.You met just 2 guys,may be you are not lucky enough to meet real Russian guy...Ya,and i also wish i look younger than my age:)

Its because here food healthy and people dont use steroids,i read,that in USA 90% of americans use steroids after 13 years age

Just got back from Russia. People there do not look younger than they are, especially in provincial cities or villages where life is harder.

In big cities they do not look healthy as well - too much pollution and not healthy food.

So, really, I think what you're saying is not true at all.

In my opinion, the healthier you eat and live the better you look. And, of course, it matters if you take care of your skin and hair and body.

Absolutely true. My grandfather is Russian, he is 87 years old, but looks no older than 85.

true, better than american , she is 23 but may look ike 30 and have 3 kids with no husband. That doesnt happen in Russia. :)

People are right, everything depends on person. I am Russian and most of my friends say me that I look younger than I am...well...that's not too bad hahaha :)) But in Russia you can meet people who look older than they are and it is just because of way of life they have. The most important is not like a person looks like but how he or she feels. You can be 40-50 years old but feel like 20, and on the contrary being young, but your mind is old!!!

I`m a Russian woman and can tell you that it` does not matter where you live, the most important what way of life you have- if you have healthy food, sleep enough, go for sport- you`ll sure look younger, but if you smoke, drink, don`t sleep enough- you`ll sure look older.I wish you and me always look young)))

Its the asiatic features most Russians have. It tends to make their women more attractive than average and the men less attractive. My fiancee is 27 and gets mistaken as a teenager sometimes, even in Moscow.
