The most obvious answer is "you get Russian women in Russia." I'm guessing you are looking for a Russian bride or something however. For that, there are several on-line companies that have introduction services. These proliferate on the web, some are honest, others are not. I've not sought a bride (or even a date) on any of them, but I know they exist. The main reason an American might look for a Russian bride is that the Russian might find a lot of stability with a man that an American woman might not. Life in Russia is more difficult than life in America, and many women might be willing to date an American man just because he's American!

Where can you "get" them? In a store where you get all your other groceries.

Seriously, when will women stop being treated as property? Getting access to Russian women is not big of an issue. The issue is-would they want to have any sort of access to you.

You can try an on line service I used Elena's Models to meet my fiancee who has been with me in the US now for two weeks. So I know the women are real.
Do not correspond with any that may write to you on match or yahoo those sites are used by scammers.
I will let you know once you meet someone the process takes about 6 months to get her over here and you will have to meet in person which means you will have to make a trip there.
After paying for everything the total cost can be between 5 to 8 thousand dollars. But I think it was worth it!
