Stop being obsessed with how you look, whether you look Russian or not. Accept yourself for who you are. Concentrate instead on studying Russian Language if you want to win Russian Girls. It's not the "forte" of Filipinos, the Russian Language. I have seen several Filipinos in Moscow, after 2 years of living there, still could not speak survival Russian.

Hello! I would never discourage someone to going to Russia, it's a beautiful place. But to he honest, most Russians are very racist about Asians and those of Georgia and Armenia. If you have tan colored skin, you may be even heckled by the police. Saying your Siberian will get you knowwhere, you will have an accent. But if you are in Moscow I think you will be just fine! They are suspicious of outsiders, but can be very warm people. The teenagers there live in the 'new' Russia, were their lives are
no different than those of London or NYC, they may even be curious about were you come from. I would go! It will be life-changing!

Don't worry, Nazis don't run around on the streets. Moscow is like any other city, it's full of palaces and crowds of people going on with their lives.
Yes there is alot of police force! There are normally police riding around on horses and walking the roads. Just keep you belongings secured to you. Like I keep my wallet in my shoe, because pick pockets are every where: Just never, NEVER be on the streets at night that's when the mafia and gangs come out.

Russia is a great country, trust me. it is true that most Russians are racist, but that's more of an older generation and they won't hurt you or anything. the worst you'll get from a commoner is a snicker about being dark. Skinheads exist, but they aren't too common. If you see one, just try to avoid him. And its true like the guy who answered before me, the newer generation, kinda like teenagers like me, are very rarely racists and will be friends with you if you show them you are a hearty person. you'll be fine as long as you are not afraid and doubt yourself. Russians are very down to earth, so try to be the same. have fun if you go! Слава Россия!

look the racism is in every place on the world ! and now the people are more open-minded than past , the russians are lovely , logical and rule people.
and u have to be confident and trust your self and don't worry about the color of skin because the god want that !

Don't worry - most Russians will probably presume you're mongolian and there is nothing wrong with that. If you feel scared, go in winter - then everyone will be covered head to toe in furs, scarves and won't see your face:)))

In the cities you should have no problems at all.

Your race is asian. Also all russian police are corrupt. Do not expect them to protect you from anyone. If you want to be an exchange student go to a west european country, you will be much safer.

They would notice but you'll fit in, because many look like you there in some areas... asian races aren't dicouraged there lol!

You look a little Uzbek or Ukranian. I think you'd fit in fine. Besides, race really isn't too much of a big deal in Russia anymore. (Except when you're eating dinner with a russian family and everyone has been drinking. Then everything is the fault of the Jews. Try not to be offended by whatever they say, they usually don't REALLY mean it)
