First of all, you are not one of us. Secondly, Tourism is a profitable industry where there is demand there will be presentation. This is how the wheels of any economic system turns.

Not all Brits want to go to Turkey just to find more British stuff. Didn't it occur to you that some go because we want to forget British culture and we don't want beer & fish & chips.

I for one welcome the Turkish culture, it is lovely that we are all different. It's not nice to try to make all countries like England. Many people love Turkish culture & are so happy to meet & make friends with so many beautiful people!

i could never understand the english tourist...what is it with them and cupious amounts of beer? its like they never seen beer before..really i cant understand them...they spend money to go to a foreing country to drink as much as they can? and this they call fun? i just feel sorry for thier poor liver..or dont they have a liver?!!!!!!!!!,,shakes head mumbels no wonder they lost the empire.. and fish and chips seem to be thier only culinary experince..

Are you talking about the credit crunch which will make brits opt for the cheapest place to go on holiday and that would be turkey? wasnt it not you who was complaining that turkey was to expensive in a previous question?

Edit: I think this question is really unnecassary and racist eventhough I'm not a Brit but it's scary to think that people can be judged so badly from their harmless cultural habits.

i don't think so because even dollar is increased like a jump, we still think about buying a house from florida. Seriously. because the real effects of global crisis has not stroke turkey yet. and i think everybody concerns about things happening on global economy, but this is not a frighten or scare, it's just a concern. becuse a crisis stoke turkey in 2001 very deeply, and now people know how to survive on a crisis.

edit: i said florida because estate prices decreased more than %30, and prices are getting closer to a house in istanbul.

i am of greek descent... they would refuse my entry to their pigsty of a country... i hope milwall fans turn it into a regular venue... they deserve everything they get.
