Has to be France. the French are so arrogant, rude, self-centred...oh, I could go on! We once drove through there, and had a problem with our car....I have never met a more unhelpful lot, I have no wish to ever go there again.

My least would be Sweden or Norway. They were absolutely beautiful, but I never had a real blast there in terms of hooking up with some strange. Denmark either.
I had a decent time there alone, but in other countries it was easier to meet people.

I don't think I can answer your question with a single country. I'm English and I like living in the UK. I wouldn't want to live in another European country but to visit, I don't think there's one I dislike. I have visited Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, San Marino, Romania and the Irish Republic. Spain, France, Italy, Germany and Austria all have great cultures. Spain, France, Italy and Romania have fantastic countryside. Every country has its share of interesting buildings, towns and cities. Nothing can beat the antiquities of Ancient Rome still found in Italy. San Marino is uniquely quaint. I'd happily visit all these countries again. I can't say that I have a least favourite.

Bosnia, it is full of poverty, but everywhere in europe has its places that are...not as good as everywhere else. It just depends where you want to go.

My least favourite would have to be Romania. I went there to do some charity work. It was horrible.

Germany is my favourite. I love the language and I love the climate, weather it's North or South and I just think it is generally really beautiful. Ooh and I love Denmark too for just the same reasons.
