Istanbul for one is absolutely gorgeous in May! Daytime temps can range between 20-30 C (68-86 F), with variable humidity. Late spring is a great time to come here, as the city starts to wake up and the outdoor clubs and restaurants re-open. Nothing better than a fish dinner on the Bosphorus. |

In the south it is quiet hot and sunny but the north(Istanbul)can be cool in day cold at night comparable to UK.If you are headed to resorts in south Bodrum,Alanya,Marmaris are guaranteed good weather but not too hot like July and August. |
