The blue mosque would be number one for sure- so beautiful and peaceful. The Hagia Sophia is pretty damn cool too, but not as coherent. Any covered bazaar was fun for me (I'm a shopper too), but if you're looking for a night out, The Secret Garden on Taksim St. is a really nice restaurant.
