Istanbul! I want to go back there SO badly. I went to Greece and Turkey and Istanbul was the most amazing place I went to. It's busy, the people are amazing, and they have the best food-- I love Turkish Delight, Baklavah (sp), lamb, etc... Just about everything is cheap. The history there is completely amazing. You REALLY should go!

Budapest in Hungary.
THe most beautyfull Europian city, lot of history, not sterilized by old Europes beauty standards.
Great food and great open people, lots of great places to eat drink hang out.

I don't have a favorite city in Europe, because every city has something special and is unique, and that's the reason why you have to see to all of them, and than ask yourself which one is the best, and you can't choose, because every city is really different and has its own magic. You might not go at once to all of them, but it certainly worth it.

It was so beautiful even at -10 degrees I was walking the streets at 2 in the morning. The architecture is one of a kind. People are very friendly and everything is reasonably priced.

there's that charm about that city which I can't put my finger on it though
