Totally Blunt

Just a note. I have observed that common dishes with Greeks have different touches. Try the Turkish touch on dolma and baklava. :)

Hmmmn. Appetizers are big... Hummus, Stuffed mussels, Stuffed grape leaves (either with lamb and rice or just rice and other spices and all soaked/cooked in a lemon sauce). There's a spinach pie, baked in phyllo dough (layered dough, coated in butter so it's flaky and believe it or not sauteed lamb liver with onion and Calamari.
Fish is HUGE for main course, so is meat stew (different meats) and tripe.

Drinks: they make some good dry wines... Also a yogurt drink is realy popular. Limited beer. Freshly squeezed juices, based on what is available are big. They make something called 'lion's milk' annise flavored, strong. Espresso, of course.
Enjoy... are you going?

Food:
-Kebab (Meats including lamb and beef served on sticks with veggies)
