Greeks are known for perserving there heritage for over 4,000 years against the slavomongols who invaded in the 6th century and holding off the ottomans for years even though we were conquered. In ww2, we faught on 3 fronts at one time, more than anybody at the time, and we held the germans at bay, and postponed there soviet invasion for 6 weeks which helped the Soviets repel the Nazi invasion. Some other things the Greeks has done, is to have some of the most beautiful women in the world. |
