The Baltic states for sure. Riga in Latvia is the best one. My best friend is Russian and she lives in Riga, but she constantly complains about Ryanair tourists coming over from Britain and Ireland, getting drunk and asking every Latvian girl if she is a prostitute!
Riga's main attractions are its relative cheapness, art nouveau architecuture, beautiful women and nightlife. So if that's your bag, then by all means go. Be aware, however, it is a popular stag party destination, like Prague. I'm actually visiting Riga in June:)
Prague is another great destination. Myself and two friends visited exactly a month ago for three nights and we had a ball. We filled our days with sight-seeing the most incredible buildings, filling ourselves with cheap meaty restaurant meals and our nights just partying like there was no tomorrow. If you do decide on Prague, email me and I'll give you some great nightlife tips! And, of course, Prague is extremely cheap. Absinthe, beer and cigarettes are especially cheap, as are restaurant meals and taxi fares.
We went on a package deal with Easyjet only £104 each for return flights, 3 nights 3* B&B accomodation, travel insurance, taxes, baggage etc. But of course we went in February, so it wasn't high season. It should still be cheap though. I took about £150 spending money. They still use Czech currency there, so things are still cheap.
I'm flying to Riga with Ryanair, only £19.99 fare the way there, and free the way back. Plus taxes it came to £70. I'm staying with my friend though, so obviously I won't need to pay for a hotel.
Try www.travelsupermarket.com. Its like confused.com but for flights.
Hope this helps, have fun:D |

who said stockholm? 8 euro a beer? eastern europe and spain portugal are by far the cheapest. prague isn't that cheap anymore, pretty much the same as the west. bratislava is the cheapest place i have been. in eastern europe especially, there is a big drop in price when you go outside the big cities, or even city centres. in the west germany austria britain are ok. don't go anywhere near ireland or scandinavia. if you don't mind the slight hassle ukraine is dirt cheap. oh you're from ireland we hey! the only places more expensive then home are denmark, norway, and sweden. (never been to switz though) |

The cheapest city, and also a country, is Andorra. There is no airport, but a regular coach service runs from Toulouse and Barcelona airports.
Accommodation is from €10 per person per night b&b
2 course meal including wine from €9 each
litre of spirits from €3.50
beer from €0.20 per glass
Great night clubs, the majority free entry
Smokers? 20 fags from €1.50
Great scenery if you into that as well |

Eastern European cities are still the cheapest - Prague, Budapest etc. They're also fantastic cities architecturally and have good night life.
The most expensive are places like Rome, Barcelona, London! |

Berlin in summer has a good nightlife and is relatively cheap. Here is the site for Airberlin:

How about Valletta in Malta? Weather is good and folk speak English.

Eastern European cities: Prague (can be really toruist, but should be fun), Riga, Krakow, Lubljana etc.
