If it is condoms you are after, you can get them in any little tobacco shop. For anything else in medicines as long as they do not fall under the prescription limitations you can get.
Simply ask for the brand name and if it is the same you have in your country you will be supplied.
On liqueur all markets mini or super have a section that is there for the ones who can pay. Generally prices are lower than the rest of Europe and if you look around you will find even cheaper prices
