I'm afraid you won't find a perfect match in any country, but the Netherlands would be open to you in every aspect from your background to your degree. The Dutch are very nice and open people, and you would probably fit their needs, but it's not exactly warm all year round. And the language would not be an issue as they all speak English perfectly.
The problem with the Southern European countries is that you would have to learn a new language, they simply won't hire you without it. And then there's the problem that you don't have a network to get you into that job you want. At least that's what my Italian friends say.
From what I have read and heard Spain is not in fit shape at the moment.
Going to America would probably have been the easy answer a year ago, but I doubt you would want to take that chance even though they have some major transport projects going on in California now (railways). |

Italy! Its pretty warm all year in most parts, it has a ton of historical background, and even though they are super into their Catholic Religion, they out no pressure on you to convert. Many people speak english, and if you want to learn Italian its a relatively easy language to learn. Hope this helped! |

I don't believe it!

Southern Europe is quite warm, Spain, Portugal, southern France maybe. Of course you'll need to learn the language wherever you go... |

What's wrong with staying here - and repaying some of the cost of educating you - that we taxpayers have contributed towards ? |

Italy! great healthy food. awesome coffee shops (real coffee shops, unlike Starbucks) i haven't been there myself but my dad has and he tells me about the food and culture, i want to move there as soon as i can! the food here is doped with chemicals, i think thats why people get cancer and other health problems like acid reflux. |
