First of all, it's not like they're everywhere. There's idiots in every country. Second, they beat up non-white foreigners (i.e. chechens, armenians, georgians, tadzhiks, uzbeks, etc.) |

Zimbabwe, Somalia and Sudan seem to hate all foreigners especially English in the first one and Christians in the latter two so I think I would stay away until their governments calm down. |

In Europe? Russia(Moscow). I know that it's a beautiful city but I've heard some news lately that Russia Skinheads are beating up/killing foreigns and tourists from other countries. So you better get a gun or go and take a kung-fu lessons. |
