Formal and trustful European observers have verified that Georgia had been planning its attacking S. Ossetia some time ago, with every detail.
They also verified that the whole conflict started because of Georgians' massive massacring S. Ossetians, justifying thus the intervention of Russia to protect S. Ossetians.
These are facts which cannot be disputed.

Russia had a reason to destroy Georgia as USA Iraq,but Russia too clever to make american mistakes,but America still want be one in the world and buy 20% of peoples in countries which terrorize their nation like in Ukraine or Georgia with Serbia,those who will kill russians or make bad things in their country will get punishment from Russia...little loosers mast understand that their crime cant be white.

if countries bourderign Russia wants independance and democracy it doesnt mean that US is meddling on Russias border, its just no1 wants to be a soviet country, no1 wants russians rotten politics, sooner or later every1 of u, every russian will get that ur politicians are wrong, i hope it will be soon and u will soon see whats a real democracy and whats the true road to lead..

Why? because they found a passport in South Ossetia? I would be more concerned about the missile system being installed in Poland.

It is Russia that is attacking a sovereign for no good reason, then not complying to their own cease fire. Vladimir Putin is one of the worst leaders in the world. He and George W. Bush should be sent to a deserted island.. They can run that right into the ground all they want.

So, you read or watch Russia Today and feel that it is a credible source of news? Perhaps you don't understand that this Russia Today is a Kremlin project and 100% financed by the Kremlin. This is not speculation, it's fact. Talk about propaganda.
There are many western apologists, like you apparently are, who will blame the west for any and all problems.
In Russia there were many news stories about the 2,000 people killed by Georgia in the first night of the war, the Prime Minister himself was on TV telling this BS to the Russian people, along with the stories of the Georgian tanks running over old ladies and Georgian troop beheading civilians. The Russian people were told that they would see proof of this within days. Now the figure given is 134 civilians killed (of course this is tragic). The stories about American soldiers captured, especially a black American soldier (to help fuel the race hatred prevelant among many in Russia). Again no proof presented, and now an American passport found.
So far the only independently observed ethnic cleansing that has happened is against Georgians by the South Ossetians, along with the Chechnyan thugs brought in by Russia.
I don't mean to imply that Georgia is blameless in all of this, they aren't, but what level of education do you have that you will believe anything said on Russia Today?
