I work most of Saturdays, Saturday nights are good for mooding .. drink some, dance maybe and some wild things at late night. I'm going to Church to Sunday Service when I sober, after the service we gathering for a family meeting and brunch with other family members .. rest of the sunday I just laid front of Tv for watch some and play with my baby girl. A simple man's simple life I'd guess. |

I'd like to know what you do at weekends. Maybe you sit and write a list of ridiculous questions to post on here through the week. |

with their families, friends or dates;
they go cinema, shopping, picnic near the seaside, a walk on the seaside and parks, going to lunch or dinner, visiting friends, relatives, or just sitting at home relaxing.
close to European people's habits ? |

Augustus, why so many questions about Turkey? I think the best solution is to actually go there and see the country for yourself rather than bombing this section with pointless questions. |

Well, this weekend I am going to have to study my butt off. I have a psychology test on monday and tons(TONS!) of homework..
I am also going to a birthday party(Woohow!) and so I have to go find a gift for my friend. I will log on to Yahoo answers and answer some physics and math questions and come check the Turkey section out.
And I will have to study my butt of a little more ad read the first two chapters of Great Gatsby!.. Wish me luck! |

I cannot believe that no one has mentioned this. Turks watch football (soccer) on the weekends. |

Augustus...who knows?! eveybody has a way of relaxing...in istanbul many people go to bars ...dance and drink...the most married ones (especially if they have kids) they go and do some "house visitings" like family and friends...or dining at a restaurant and go home...but the most people are going to shopping malls...sometimes watching a movie...the ones who work full time ( like me..) usually spent their time cleaning up after the kids,cooking and food shopping...its rare for me to spent some time for fun...yeaap..as you can see we have lots of choices...OOOh yeah!...in summer the turks loooove to picnic & barbeque...there is no age limit for that...all turks in generall love that. |

If the exam dates are near, I'm mostly seen studying, other than that, I'm dead drunk, or on the internets. |

Do house and family chores, do the weekly shopping, go to breakfast by the Bosphorus in the morning if you're in the mood, catch a movie, go to a rakı and fish dinner, go to a meyhane to sing "Karlar Düşer", see some friends, receive guests, go out and chill if you have the means, or just stay at home, watch tv and do nothing. |
