What do I think about the Greeks? Hmm isn't that a hard question! Let me think; they are those people that live in a country called Greece. It's a mountainous place with many islands in the Aegean. They make very nice fish and octopus dishes and meze. They love to eat and drink and be merry. They have nice music. What else? Ah yes, they sometimes think they are better than most Europeans (I agree). They are very warm, friendly. Greek girls are sweet.
Oh sorry, were you asking about how much we hate each other? You will not get the answer you want if that was your intention. Why do people keep asking about the same thing? Are you trying to see if the seeds of hatred you planted 150 years ago are still growing??? NO, we won't fall into the same trap again.

how is it gonna help you if we say oh yes we love them or no we dont love them ? there are bad greeks as there are bad turks.... insan olsun insan ! milliyetini ne yapÄ±can

of course i dont have anything against them. my maternety nurse was a greek girl. she gave me so much comfort . she even knew some turkish words. we joked talked . she was really warm to me and i was really happy to meet who i had lots of common. where i live there r lots of greeks and we get on very good.

I am Turkish-American, and I have a great deal of friends with Greek origins. We get a long really good. We have very similar food, music, dances, sense of entertainment, etc... So when culturally we are this close why wouldn't we getting along well. I have nothing against Greek people, and I haven't yet met one that bluntly just hates you for where your origins are from. I think it should be this way anyway, we are people, there is always something common to share.

We don't have negative feelings for Greek people (at least 99% of us don't!!) but as I can see, Turks are not very loved in Greece (see http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlldfPc8ZyZJSCOnJSKDrlpZ7RR.?qid=20070715055439AAjZMwW ). Despite that I love Greek people. I think we have a lot in common.

Greeks are great and are always welcome as long as they are not brainwashed and respect us and our lifestyles. We have more in common that everyone thinks we do.

They are just... people, you know. There are good ones and bigots among them, reasonable ones and ones that try to spread hate.
