I know Turkey's leader names Attaturk at the time, changed the formal arabic script turkish language to latin script.
I think that Turkey has nice lands, but they need Muslims who are more guided than what they do now. |

I think Turkey is one of the neatest places to go sailing that I can think of. Most of Turkey is also safe to visit... but there are a few places I wouldn't want to venture into. All in all... it's a great country |

Look, it has only God there and that Turkey.
Turkey is not a territory.
But a breath, a cloud, this night.
Luminous Turkey is touched so much that the heart of the glittered universe in it.
Turkey is immense, As immense as my trouble.

Turkey is really great! I spent 2 years there, travelling around and I couldn't believe how hard everyone tried for me to have a great stay there eventhough I didn't even know them. Incredible hospitality! The food was great, so were the rural areas, so was the shopping in the markets, the museums, the culture, the music, the movies, the bars....I could not think of anything that was not great there! Way to go Turkey, a truly dynamic country! |

It exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful, the people are charming and not a place that you should be fearful of visiting like some will say on here. I love Turkey and plan to go back often! I look at pictures of my drip al lthe time. And day dream about the time I had. |

I spent five years in Ankara, Turkey as a university student. That was a long time ago. It wasn't as developed as it is now but I still loved it. I often visit Turkey now for holidays and to see friends.
I saw Ankara, Bursa, Istanbul, Denizli, Pamukkale, Antalya, Alanya, Mersin, Adana, Konya, Capadocia. Next month I will be touring the Black Sea coast. They say it is the most beautiful part of Turkey with all those green mountains, blue sea, tea orchards etc.
I love the food (esp. veggies) and the best baklava in the world. People are very nice, always ready to help and hospitable. Turkish girls are very pretty and sweet; they are not bitchy.
Turkey has a rich history, dating back 8 thousand years. You should see the ancient cities of the Hittites, Lykians, Frygs, ancient Greek and Roman remains. The first church is in Turkey, did you know that? St. Nicholas (father Christmas) lived in Turkey.
Almost everything is beautiful in Turkey (except the politicians). |

I have visited a lot of countries and i will be objective. Turkey is really wonderful but because of political games they try to show our country less than it really is.
When you go to Nice,Cannes,St.Tropez,Marbella etc... you can understand that Turkish beaches are much more beautiful. We have to work on our marketing skills and to work hard to erase the wrong ideas about Turkey. Our country is really wonderful. |
