A deep subject.
Yes, there must(can) be a creator, but i can not say i believe 100% in it. There are still some unexplained parts in the evolution which also Darwin or any other couldnt explain.
Sorry dear Murat, thats a really deep and long subject. Either my time and my English are not enough to tell my ideas here.
And these kind of deep subjects remind me a necessity of a balcony and some equipment(Rakı, muskmelon & w.cheese) to discuss till the mornings.
Best wishes...

yep, I kinda agree with the first answer except change Allah to God or Jesus Christ. I believe that all things in nature were thought of by God and if He didn't bring forth an Adam and Eve but instead let nature bring forth man then He did so knowingly. |

My view is if we evolved from apes then why are there still apes? |

Actually,i don't want to belive the possibilty of evolving from monkeys.i think we must have been created as a human being at first.
But sometimes when i see some people in the streets with lots lots of hair, you know what i mean :-) , i critize my opinion about this issue. |

Hi Murat,
This is really wide subject.
If I say shortly ;
God (ALLAH C.C ) is only one, First Person is Adam (Adem A.S.) and then Havva (Eva) is creating from Adem A.S.
So I believe Creation.

We sometimes get to see some of the proofs of evolution here talking about their genocide so I think that it is true (Unlike the genocide). |

I can't accept the idea that we humans are having monkeys origins, it's IMPOSSIBLE ...
But I can't imagine that Adam was created in one time neither...
I don't know...I need to read more the Kuran, and I need to read also some books about biology and anthropology...We need to study it before judging... |

Evolution happened. Then someone wrote the fictional story of it and called it the Bible.
I am not sure that what people call God isn't actually the aliens, though. I'd rather believe in 2001: a Space Odyssey than the creationist story. |

Hmm..My idea is the middle of 'creation' and 'evolution'
Allah created the first lifes but they changed and became the nowaday's animals.
And I believe in Adam and Eve..Maybe humans are very similar to monkeys (our DNAs are %98 similar to the monkeys's) but it is stupid idea that some of the monkeys changed and became humans, some of them are still monkeys. |

There is no evolution, no creation. We are placed on the earth by aliens from outer space as lab rats. Once in a while, they send a scientist to check on us and we call them prophets ve ben de bu geyiği biraz daha sürdürürsem çarpılacam . Tovbe Allahım!!!
We definitely need some of the above mentioned equipment to discuss this matter :) |

I do believe in evolution. If you know Charles Darwin, you would know his journey to the Galapagos Islands for his study on evolution. He discovered that birds adapt on the islands. For example, if a bird could not reach it's food in the ground, then it's child would have a longer beak because it needs that longer beak to reach it's food. Summarily, people adapt just like these birds. Since we've pretty much finished our evolution, we still have small evolutions here and there that exist today. Like, how everybody's heights are growing by the decade.
I hope this answered your question. :-) |

The proof is in the genetics, frankly. Also, the tired argument of "if humans evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" is inane. First of all, we evolved from apes, not monkeys. The species closest to us genetically are chimpanzees, but we did NOT evolve from chimps. Neither humans nor chimps existed at the same time as the root species from which we both originally came; the same can be said for gorillas and orangutans, the only other two remaining species of great ape (there used to be dozens more). We did not evolve from any of the existing species of ape; but that does not somehow mean we didn't evolve from apes--and neither does the current existence of modern monkeys and apes. That's like saying "if trucks were developed from cars, then why do we still have cars?". It's a blatantly ignorant and foolish thing to say. The tenets of basic evolution and evolutionary theory are observable in any number of experiments, or even existing examples, such as the many breeds of livestock and pets (hundreds of breeds of dogs, yet all are the same species, and genetically almost indistinguishable from wolves, from whence they originally came).
That said, there is absolutely no reason for people to somehow suddenly be threatened by evolution being fact, and indeed an engine of change in nature; there is no reason to presuppose that evolution negates religious beliefs or somehow "robs" you of your humanity. Believe me, you're quite secure in your humanity; there's no way a chimp or gorilla will ever master the intracacies of speech, higher thought, or any of the other dozens of identifying traits that make us human beyond merely our genome. Indeed, science and religion as a whole need not be mutually exclusive. To put it into simpler terms, I view it this way:
Religion and science answer different questions, and often compliment each other...
Science answers "how";
Religion answers "why". |

Evolution is not based on any actual scientific proof, it is the religion of Darwinism and demands blind faith to even believe. If man evolved from apes where are the transitional forms of evolution? Mutatetion is not evolution. GOD created the heavens and earth and all that dwell within, sin mutated the creation, |

In this web , there are a lot of research paper about evolution and creationism.(www.talkorigins.org)
I beleive ALLAH (cc) .
I'm a scientific socialist therefore i'm support research of science of evolution. |

IF humans evolved then the evolution was random. Why if evolution is random did we all come out the SAME? If one painting is the same as another painting would you not agree they were created by the same artist?
How then was man created ALL the same if evolution is random? |

Evolution is not a matter of 'belief', evolution is a scientific fact.
People that argue that evolution does not exist, then how do you explain the metamorphesis of a caterpillar into a butterfly. Or larvas into frogs. They turn from strickly water creatures, into land animals. ...
Breeding of dogs is a good example or the same is done with plants to create better produce or prettier flowers or tastier fruit or bigger....etc.
In nature, this type of selection occurs slower since the selection pressures are often not as strong and we can't easily measure them, but they do exist. |
