Natasha is not a Turkish word,it's a russian name for woman.
But in Turkey there are lots of russians who earns money from having sex with men so in Turkey we do call them "natasha" i think it's so clear.

That's the truth why do you give me thumbs down? That's what she wants to know!

Hurricane's answer is !00% accurate.
Unfortunately some women came to Turkey from Russia for one reason or another to work the sex trade.
The women who are from Russia and do this work came to be known as Natashas (shorter than saying 'Russian female prostitute".)
In the 90s some uneducated backwards business men were even combining funds and setting up women in inexpensive apartments and putting them on salaries for sex and sharing them. Sometimes they would even marry so the woman could stay in the country. It is the ugly truth to the question you ask.
I hope it is growing more uncommon now for everyone.

I'm Macedonian!!!

It's the slang for a Russian / Eastern European prostitute. Like "devuchka" in parts of Canada and the US.
