My girlfriend is from Romania. Romania has the worse drivers in the world. Romania has way to many poor people. The bird flu virus is starting to take over Romania. Romania is a cool country.

Romania is a country in Southeastern Europe. It is bordered by Ukraine and Moldova in the northeast; Hungary and Serbia in the west and Bulgaria to the south along the Danube River. Romania has a stretch of sea coast on the Black Sea and the eastern and southern Carpathian mountains run through its centre. Romania has been an active member of NATO since 2004, and is also an acceding country to the European Union. The EU Accession Treaty was signed in early 2005, and Romania is due to join the European Union on January 1, 2007. Starting from January 1, 2007, Romania will be the seventh largest EU nation. Bucharest is the largest city.

i'm from Romania...
i'm a bit surprise that you know so much about my contry..
if you want to hear my opinion i think that Romania is a great contry with lovely people and wonderful landscape : we have seaside and mountains... we are developing a process of dezvolation but it's growing slowly because isn't very much democracy and everyone is trying to make herself better no everyone else...
i hope that this will change..

It's not as developed as many European countries are (like UK, Germany, Italy, France etc). They have very good programmers and is becoming a favorite choice for IT outsourcing due to cheap rates and excellent IT people.
