York or Chester; fantastic Tudor architecture; they just look so out of this world. Small enough to enjoy on foot. Chester particularly has great cafes in the main shopping area where you can have decent coffee in a pleasant atmosphere! |

Londra e' la migliore, credimi, ma quando sarai in Inghilterra doppo Londra puoi visitare anche Manchester e Liverpool, io ti consiglierei anche Edimburgo in Scozia

Norwich is brilliant. Friendly people (and you can find English people here - not easy in London!), very safe even at night and a vibrant city centre, unlike some that are dead at night. Good bars, restaurants and interesting buildings. 30 minutes from beautiful seaside and the Norfolk Broads. Easy to get to with an international airport or rail links to London every half hour. It's brill - and this coming from a Northerner! |

KENT. LOVERLY PARKS, PUBS , FARMS EATING PLACES, BOATS UP AND DOWN RIVERS AND PLENTY OF NICE COUNTRY WALKS FOR FRESH AIR. THEN GO UP LONDON FOR A BIT OF NIGHT LIFE. HAVE A NICE TIME. ONE DAY I WILL BE GOING TO ITALY TO FIND ALL THE NICE PLACES I CAN GO TO. |

Belfast is beautiful...
I mean it - I'm not from there - I think it gets a terrible press - and it's really great - nice restaurants / stunning buildings / really, genuinely friendly people / fab shops / beautiful countryside few miles away... |
